How to Check and Download Campaign Reports on ShopAgain
To view detailed analytics for your campaigns, follow these steps:
Go to the Campaigns Page
Visit: https://app.shopagain.io/campaigns
Click on "Analytics"
On the right-hand side of the campaign row, click the Analytics.
Scroll Down for Channel-wise Reports
You’ll see analytics related to each channel (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) used in the campaign.
If it's a multi-touch campaign, reports will be shown separately for each channel.
To download the reports
Click the Download button as shown below:
View Detailed User Activity
Click the eye icon (👁) under the Actions column to see:
When the email, SMS, or WhatsApp message was delivered.
If and when the message was opened or clicked.
User-specific interaction details.
