How to Connect Instagram to ShopAgain

Follow these simple steps to connect your Instagram account to ShopAgain:

Visit the Integrations Page
Go to ShopAgain Integrations and locate the Instagram integration card, as shown below.



Click on Connect
Click the Connect button (highlighted in the image) to begin the process of connecting your Instagram account.

Login with Facebook
On the next screen, you will be prompted to log in via Facebook. Click on Login with Facebook.



Login to Your Facebook Account
Enter the Facebook credentials associated with the meta business account you wish to connect.

Login with Instagram
After logging into Facebook, you will be prompted to log in with your Instagram account. Use the credentials for the Instagram business account you want to connect.

Select the Instagram Account
After successfully logging in, you will see a list of Instagram accounts. Select the account you want to map and click Continue.

Return to ShopAgain
Once the Instagram account is successfully connected, return to the ShopAgain integrations page.

Map the Instagram Account
On the Instagram Integration page, click the dropdown and select the Instagram account that you wish to map with ShopAgain.
