Connecting your facebook account

Go to Settings > Integrations
Under Facebook Lead Ads, click on connect.



Click on "Connect with facebook"



Confirm which Facebook business accounts you wish to sync.



Accept the default permission options on the next page. Any modification to these settings will likely cause your integration to break. Click Done and OK to finish.







To connect a form from a specific Facebook page to a ShopAgain list, please follow these steps. Firstly, select the Facebook page from the first dropdown menu. Then, choose the form you wish to sync from the second dropdown menu. Finally, select the ShopAgain list where you want to sync all the new leads to from the third dropdown menu.

In case you need to connect multiple forms, you can click on "Add form sync" and repeat the same process as above. Once you have made all the necessary selections, click on the "Save" button to save your settings.

Runnnig automation for new leads

Under the "Target Users" section of your campaign, you will need to select the list that you had previously chosen.


Select "Action Based". Next, navigate to the "Triggers" section and choose "Join the selected lists" from the dropdown menu. This will ensure that your campaign is triggered whenever a user joins the selected list.
