Excluding/Barring Products from Widgets

Sometimes, you may not want to show certain products on your website through the widgets that you use. To keep those products from appearing on the website, do as follows:
Go to Recommendations on the left-hand side menu of the ShopAgain Dashboard.






Click on the type of recommendation you want to customize. In this case, let’s say it's cross-sell.






ShopAgain allows you to exclude products, entire collections, and even vendors.






In each category, a drop-down menu will appear listing your products, collections, or vendors. Select the ones you want to exclude.






The selected items/vendors will never be shown on your website, popups, or emails.
