Manually Selecting Products for Widgets

Go to Recommendations on the left-hand side menu of the ShopAgain Dashboard.








Click on the type of recommendation you want to customize. In this case, let’s say it's cross-sell.





Click on Cross-Sell, and scroll down to Manual Cross-Sell.
Click on the + Add Cross Sell button.





From the drop down menu that appears, select the products you want to show under this widget.








Please remember that wherever you use the cross-sell widget on your website, popups, or email, the manual selection will override any AI recommendations.
