What is a user list?

A list is a group of users. It is static, which means it will not change automatically, unlike a segment. Lists are used to send campaigns. Consider a list of users who made many purchases a year ago and aren't active anymore. You can find such users in the User list and add them to a list. You can then create and send a campaign to them.

Ways to create a list in ShopAgain:

Manual: You can manually add users to a list by selecting users and adding them to a list you want to add.

Popups: You can also use popups to add users to a list. When users submit their data in a popup, they will be added to the list configured in the popup.

Why are the links (URLs) in my WhatsApp messages sometimes not clickable?

Accepted Answer

By default, URLs sent in templated WhatsApp messages only become clickable when the person who received the message responds to the message or adds the sender to their contacts. This is a security measure for spam control, implemented by WhatsApp.

Once a mobile user has responded to your message or added your number to their contacts list, the links in your messages will become clickable for them.

Customers with an Official Business Account on WhatsApp are not subject to this limitation

For widget to appear on a page, the ShopAgain widgets block needs to be added via the Shopify theme editor. The following steps will help you guide through the process.

Click on the Customise theme option under the Themes section of your store.
