How to Manually Unsubscribe a User from All Future Marketing Texts and Emails
To ensure that a user does not receive any future marketing communications via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, follow these steps:
Go to the Users Page
- Visit the following link to access the users page: Users Page.
Search for the User
- Use the search bar on the users page to find the user by entering their phone number or email address.
Edit the User
- Once you’ve located the user, click on the "Edit User" button.
Update Subscription Status
- Scroll down to the subscription status sections for WhatsApp/SMS and Email.
- Set the SMS Subscription Status (includes WhatsApp) to Unsubscribed.
- Set the Email Subscription Status to Unsubscribed.
Submit the Changes
- After updating the subscription statuses, click on the "Submit" button to save the changes.
After completing these steps, the user will be unsubscribed from all future marketing communications via WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
