How to View and Access WhatsApp Templates

Step 1: Navigate to Content Library

Begin by clicking on 'Content Library' from the sidebar. This will reveal additional options.

Step 2: Locate WhatsApp Templates

In the sidebar, look for the 'WhatsApp Templates' option.

Step 3: View Templates

You can now see all your templates displayed.

Step 4: Edit a Template

Find the template you want to edit and click the 'Edit' button.

Step 5: Make Changes to the Template

On the template page, you can view the message and configurations.

Step 6: Save or Send for Approval

After making your changes, scroll down to either save your template as a draft or send it for approval.
