How to change your billing plan
ShopAgain has four pricing plans which you can choose depending on your requirements. Your plan lets you choose the features you want to use. Once you have selected a plan, you have to choose your contact size depending on the number of users you are going to email. You also have to purchase credits for SMS.
Go to Settings > Billing.
Click Select to choose the desired plan.
Select the desired contact size. If you have a discount code, you can apply it here.
Verify the final price and click update. You will be redirected to your Shopify admin page to approve your purchase.
That's all. Shopify will process your payment every month.
