How to change your WhatsApp Business display name

Follow these steps to update the display name for your WhatsApp business account:

Access Your WhatsApp Manager
Log in to your Facebook WhatsApp Manager: https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/

Navigate to Phone Numbers
Open the left navigation menu and select Phone Numbers.


Open Phone Number Settings
Locate your phone number in the list and click on Settings next to it.


Update Display Name
- Hover your cursor over the current display name.
- You will see an option to update it.
- Enter the new display name and submit your changes.

Approval Process
The updated display name will be sent to Meta for approval. Once approved, the new display name will be visible to your customers.
