How to analyze the performance of a campaign

In this detailed guide, you will learn how to analyze the performance of a campaign to optimize the campaign or know your KPIs better because just setting and forgetting the campaign is not enough; you will have to analyze the campaign from time to time.

Let me walk you through the guide. From the right-side panel, go to the Campaigns and click on All Campaigns

Find the campaign you want to analyze. Click on the Analytics from the Actions.



There are two tabs:


Overview:



Analytics



You can select a specific time frame from the top right side to see the performance of a campaign for any particular time duration. Click on the Analytics, and you can see sales performance by REVENUE and ORDERS.



You can see sales value for a particular time from sales performance, and you can also check the number of orders for a specific period of time from sales performance.

Go to the Campaign Activity Stream on the right side, click on the drop-down menu, and select an activity you want to analyze. For example, you can check how many emails opened you got from this particular campaign.



Let's understand how to analyze Emails.



There are 3 data columns:


Selected (the data of the selected date range)
Previous (the data of the previous date range)
Change (Change from the previous date range)

You can analyze the data from here. For example, you can see how much revenue the campaign generated for the selected date range and the previous date range. Also, see if the change is positive or negative. Based on this, you can optimize the campaign.




Let's understand how to analyze SMS.



There are 3 data columns:


Selected (the data of the selected date range)
Previous (the data of the previous date range)
Change (Change from the previous date range)



And at the end, you will see the list of Most-Purchased Product names and the number of purchases.
