How to delete your number from WhatsApp app to use on ShopAgain

If you want to use an existing phone number that was already connected to WhatsApp business app on phone, you have to completely delete your WhatsApp account for that.

Go to Settings > Account on your WhatApp app



Then select Delete My Account



Once this is done, you can install Gupshup on this phone number to use on ShopAgain. Follow this article to get started.
