How to Download an Image of a Email Template

This guide will walk you through the process of downloading an image of a template from two different areas within the platform:

Inside Campaigns or Automation
Inside Email Templates

Inside Email Templates

To download an image of an email template, follow these steps:

Navigate to Email Templates
- Go to the section where all your email templates are listed.

Click 'More' Button
- Locate the email template you want to download, and click on the 'More' button next to it.



Copy Screenshot URL
- A menu will appear. Select 'Copy Screenshot URL'.



Open a New Browser Tab
- Open a new tab in your web browser.

Paste URL and Press Enter
- Paste the copied URL into the address bar and press Enter.



Save the Image
- Right-click on the loaded image and select 'Save image as'. The template will be saved in PNG format.

Inside Campaigns or Automation

To download an image of a template from within campaigns or automation, follow these steps:

Navigate to Campaign or Automation
- Go to the campaign or automation where your template is located.

Click on the Icon
- Click on the specific icon to load the template image in a new tab.



Save the Image
- Right-click on the image and select 'Save Image as'. The template will be saved in PNG format.
