How to share email template on ShopAgain with your team
In the dynamic world of email marketing, teamwork is essential. There may be instances where you'll need to share your email templates with your team members for their feedback or approvals. ShopAgain offers several convenient ways to do this. In this guide, we'll walk you through three straightforward methods to share your email templates with your team.
You can use the Email Editor on ShopAgain to send test emails directly to your team members. Here are the steps:
Step 1:
Open the email template you want to share in the Email Editor.
Step 2:
Click on the Send Test Email button located at the top of the editor.
Step 3:
In the pop-up window that appears, enter the email addresses of the team members you want to share the template with.
Step 4:
Click on the Send button in the pop-up window. Your team members will receive the email template in their inbox.
If you prefer not to send an email, you can generate a preview link of your email template and share that with your team. Here are the steps:
Step 1:
Open the email template you want to share in the Email Editor.
Step 2:
Click on the Share button located at the top of the editor.
Step 3:
A new tab will open with the preview of your email template.
Step 4:
Simply copy the URL from the address bar.
Step 5:
Share this URL with your team members via your preferred method of communication.
If you'd prefer to share a visual snapshot of your template without sending the full email or a preview link, you can use the 'Copy Screenshot URL' feature. This feature provides a link to an image snapshot of your email template. Here's how:
Step 1:
From the main dashboard, navigate to Content on the sidebar and select Email Templates.
Step 2:
Identify the email template you want to share and click on the three dots button next to it.
Step 3:
From the dropdown menu, click on Copy Screenshot URL. This action copies a URL that leads to a screenshot of your email template to your clipboard.
Step 4:
Paste the URL and share it with your team members via your preferred method of communication.
In addition to the above, the dropdown menu also has an Open Preview option, which opens a preview of the email template in a new tab. This method is similar to Method 2 (Sending Preview Links).
