How to update profile property in a flow
This block allows you to update profile property of a user based on certain conditions during a flow. This flow can be very useful for running a sunset campaign or tagging a user to create a segment for future campaigns.
We currently support changing the email or SMS subscription status and adding tags to a user, more options will be available soon, if you are looking for a specific property please contact ShopAgain support.
Drag and drop the Update Profile Property node to your flow, you can find it here in the flow editor as shown in the screenshot below.
Click on the node to open its configuration, here you can choose the property you would like to update and its new value.
You can use this node to phase out customers who are no longer engaging with your brand by unsubscribing those users.
In the example below, we have set up a split node to check whether the user has opened any email since starting this campaign, if not we unsubscribe this user.
