How to use approved WhatsApp template message in campaign

For Single Touch Campaign

While creating campaign select Single Touch in Campaign Type and select WhatsApp in the Messaging Channel and press Next

Now on the next screen select the approved template. If your template has {{ DiscountCode }} merge tags then select discount code.

While creating campaign select Multi Touch in Campaign Type. and follow steps through Flow screen.

In the Flow screen click on Open Flow Editor

In the Flow Editor drag the WhatsApp from the left sidebar and drop into the flow. Now select the template message from the right sidebar.
