3. Example: Sending Separate Emails or WhatsApp Messages Based on Product Purchased

For instance, if you need to send a separate email or WhatsApp message based on a particular product purchase, follow these steps:

- Select "Triggered Event Property" from the condition options.
- Choose "Placed Order" as the event that will trigger the flow.
- In the property dropdown, select "Products".
- Set the condition to "Contains" to filter orders that contain specific products.

4. Specify the Product or Collection

You can now select the specific product or product collection that you want to trigger the action. This step ensures that only orders containing the selected item(s) will follow this path.

5. Define Actions Based on the Condition

Once the condition is set:
- The "Yes" path will handle customers who meet the condition, such as those who purchased the specified product.
- You can then configure the follow-up action, whether it's sending a specific email, SMS, or WhatsApp message related to the product or collection.

This setup enables you to customize your communication based on the products your customers purchase, allowing for more personalized and effective marketing.
