Skip Recently Emailed Users Option for Mass Email Campaigns

This campaign option allows you to skip profiles who have received an email recently (default 16 hours). You can update this timeframe in your Email Settings. This feature can help prevent overloading your recipients with emails and maintain a balanced communication frequency.

How to Enable Skip Recently Emailed Users in Your Email Campaigns


To utilize the Skip Recently Emailed Users feature effectively, follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Navigate to Campaign Delivery Time


Whether you're setting up a new campaign or editing an existing one, you'll reach the Campaign Delivery Time section during the process.

Step 2: Access Advanced Settings

Step 3: Enable Skip Recently Emailed Users with One Checkbox


Within the Advanced Settings section, locate the checkbox labeled Skip Recently Emailed Users and enable it to activate the feature for your campaign. Enabling this feature is as simple as checking this one box!

Step 4: Update the Timeframe in Email Settings


If you wish to alter the default 16-hour interval at which the Skip Recently Emailed Users feature operates, navigate to your Email Settings.

Scroll down until you find the option labeled Skip Recent Recipients.
Below that, you will see an input field next to the statement "Skip recipients that have received an email in the last hour(s)".

Click on this input field and enter your desired timeframe.
Once you've entered the new timeframe, click on the button labeled "Save Sending Settings" to preserve this change.
Click on Save Sending Settings button

Please note: The updated timeframe will apply to all future and present campaigns until changed again.
