Judge.me Overview

Judge.me powers the product reviews for your e-commerce store. This app helps you collect and display star ratings and reviews about your products and Shopify store. Such social proof from reviews and other user-generated content like photos and videos increases your conversion rate, organic traffic, and buyer engagement.

Benefits of Judge.me - ShopAgain integration

With ShopAgain - Judge.me integration, when a review is submitted on Judge.me, the review data will be sent to ShopAgain as custom fields, so you can use them to segment your customers and launch email campaigns in ShopAgain.

Connecting the app

In the left sidebar go to settings->Integrations and find Judge.me and press Connect




Click on Connect Now




Judge.me authorization screen will appear.
Click on authorize button.



That's it, Judge.me will start sending the data to ShopAgain.

How to use Judge.me event in campaign

In the Action based campaign select Perform Event and select Judge.me review created event.




You can use Judge.me review created as split node in Flow Editor as User perform event and Trigger event like this :
