How to use Judge.me event in Automations

Integrate Judge.me with ShopAgain

First, set up the integration by following the instructions here.

Configure Judge.me Events in ShopAgain Automations

Setting Up an Action-Based Campaign

Navigate to Automations in your ShopAgain dashboard.
Select Create New Automation or edit an existing one.
Choose Perform Event and select the Judge.me review created event to trigger the automation.

Using Split Nodes in Flow Editor

In the Flow Editor, add a Split Node based on user events.
Configure the node to split based on the Judge.me review created event.

Example Use Case

Offer incentives based on the star rating of a Judge.me review in your ShopAgain automations:

For Ratings of 3 Stars or Higher:
- If a customer leaves a review with a rating of 3 stars or higher, trigger an automation to send a 10% off coupon via email or WhatsApp.
- Example condition in Flow Editor: If review rating >= 3

For Ratings Below 3 Stars:
- If a customer leaves a review with a rating less than 3 stars, trigger an automation to send a general thank-you email or WhatsApp message.
- Example condition in Flow Editor: Else



This strategy encourages more reviews and rewards customers for positive feedback, while still acknowledging those who might not have had the best experience.
